SnackBars

Description

Description

Once your young (or older) passengers are beyond the Hooptie stage, the SnackBar is exactly what you are looking for. Simply unbolt your Hooptie handrails, slide in a set (or two sets) of SnackBars, bolt them in and you are ready to ride.

Even cooler, we include our ring grip attachments in 2 different colors – red and teal – so your kids can customize the grips any way they want.

Note: This will only work for you if you already have an LT2 Hooptie or RFA Hooptie on your bike. If you are looking to add a SnackBar setup and you don’t have a current Hooptie, you’ll want to look at SnackBars sold with the mounting bracket: for RFA and for longtails.

Compatibility

Compatibility
  • Will fit on the brackets of existing Silver or Black LT2 or RFA Hoopties.
  • If you have an LT1 Hooptie, or if you have a bike without a Hooptie, you will need to purchase SnackBars with brackets: for the Edgerunner, Swoop, Classic, Stoker or Leap  or for the RFA.

  1. Question

    Chris

I have a Hooptie on my Radish. Do I need anything else to mount a SnackBar?

      Hey there, Chris!

If you have an older Hooptie where the rails install with a brass push pin, you will need to completely uninstall your Hooptie and purchase and reinstall a SnackBar with bracket, found here: http://www.xtracycle.com/product/snackbar-longtail/

If you have a newer Hooptie (where the rails bolt into place), you just need to remove the rails and replace them with these bars.

If you can’t tell what Hooptie you have, feel free to email us with a picture and we can let you know which version you have: support@xtracycle.com

Hey there, Lyle! The best way to tell the difference is the vertical LT1 Hooptie rails secure in with brass spring pins whereas the LT2 Hooptie rails secure with bolts. I hope that helps!

Hey there, Laura! The SnackBars can fit on the FreeRadical as long as you have a plastic deck and a Hooptie RetroFit kit. We recommend you email support to see what parts you might need to get the perfect set up for your ride: support@xtracycle.com
