If there is one thing we here on the Xtracycle team are setting out to do it’s positively impact people’s lives and in turn, [to be read in an echo-y voice] the world. We want to empower our clients to see that the cargo biking community has a place at the bike rack for them and in some cases, this means helping folks to decide on and purchase their dream cargo bike. For other folks this simply means answering questions, offering support with cargo bike questions in general and sharing inspiration. In order to reach more folks and to continue to meet our high standards of stellar client support in this booming cargo bike market, we are looking to bring another Client Happiness Advocate on board!
Ashley here from the Support Team and I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with our riders and dealers as a Client Happiness Advocate for over 2 years. Not only do I greatly appreciate working with such a supportive and enthusiastic team, but I love knowing that I am helping usher riders into the amazing, soul igniting world of cycling. While sometimes challenging – in all of the best ways – what I value most about my role here is how incredibly fulfilling this work of empowering riders is!
