Direct Home Delivery
So, if you have an Xtracycle shipped via Direct Home Delivery, how do we actually get it to you?
We’re glad you asked.
Because when you have your Xtracycle delivered via Direct Home Delivery, you do not receive a big box of bolts and pieces and parts. You receive a Big Box of Happiness.
See that guy in the video? That’s Steven. When his Xtracycle arrived direct to his home, he and Aurora lifted the box, removed the straps and padding, and were safely off to get ice cream in minutes flat.
Just the way we designed it. No assembly. No headaches. No worries.
How does Direct Home Delivery work?
It’s that simple. And it’s part of what makes Xtracycle different.
Still have some questions? We’re sure you do. Here are the ones we’ve heard most often:
How does a 50-day, 100-mile test ride sound? Instead of test riding, you can test buy. That’s why we offer a no-risk, money-back guarantee. When your bike is delivered in our Big Box of Happiness via Direct Home Delivery you can: ride it, put it through the paces, put your kids on back, turn the electric assist up to 11 (or at least 5), go to the store, go to school, go camping, see if it makes your life better. If not, we make returning it a cinch.
Within 50 days of receiving your bike and within riding 100 miles, you may return it to us free of charge if you decide the Xtracycle you purchased just doesn’t quite fit your needs. We will arrange for a freight pick-up of your bike and you will follow our instructions to prepare your bike for the return trip. It’s that easy. Read more details on the return process here.
On our end, it costs around $1000 for both the assembly, safety checks, boxing, and shipping. But you only pay $200. Why the difference in cost? We’re so committed to you getting the bike you need exactly the way you need it that it’s worth it to us.
