This is the upgraded, rain-resistant version of our classic FreeLoader cargo bags. The X2 adds a large coated inner pocket while keeping the carry-it-all flap that made the FreeLoader famous. Add the optional Rain Lid to keep rain out of the bag.
The X2 also includes a replaceable ScratchPad, a hard plastic sheet to protect the inside of the bag from the ends of your quick release or disk brakes. Watch the video below to get a walk through of all the new features (video was shot by the Electic Bike report at interbike and shows a prototype bag, the production bags differ slightly, and are only available in black).

The X2 Cargo bags and lids are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced at Xtracycle's discretion. To determine if a warranty claim is valid you may be required to return the product to Xtracycle for inspection. Xtracycle is not responsible for removal, installation or shipping costs. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover damage from use of this product outside of its intended range or that resulting from modification or neglect. It also does not cover wear and tear resulting from the normal use of the product.

If you bought your X2 bags or lids from one of our dealers, please contact them if you have a warranty question. They are able to get you what you need much faster than we can and it avoids shipping damaged product back and forth which is not great for the environment.
If you bought the X2 bags or lids from Xtracycle.com and think you have a warranty issue, please email us with as much information as you can. Particularly helpful information includes: Pictures of the issue, any background on how and where you were using the product when you discovered the issue, and proof of purchase.
