The band that practices at Xtracycle HQ has been chosen to join the ranks of Team FreeRadical, the company’s sponsored team of musicians, artists and activists. “It was a difficult choice,” jokes Team FreeRadical Manager and Xtracycle co-Founder Kipchoge Spencer, “with an increasing number of great acts with outlandish proposals vying for sponsorships. (That’s the true part.) But I’ve always loved the Ginger Ninjas and they ride some good bike, too!”

The band regularly takes to the street on the Magic Carpet (congratulations to Adam French for winning the Name That Stage Contest), the between-two-Xtracycles rolling stage.
