I'm sure this has been considered but I had to check anyway. If you could arc the rear bridge outward away from the bike, in addition to arcing the front bridge away from the longtail (similar to parentheses: ( ), ya know?) you could avoid moving the H- and V-rack ports, so as to keep the compatibility complete. In addition to this you could raise the V-Racks with little plug extenders, to accommodate the height of the wheel. I don't know how this would affect the overall engineering of the freerad or the Big Dummy, but I figured it would be worth bringing up.
