Your Total Satisfaction is Important to Us
We are committed that you are happy with our products, and that our products meet your needs. To help assure your total satisfaction, we extend a 30 day total satisfaction guarantee with on all of our products. Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We kindly request that every effort is made to return products and packaging in as like new condition as possible. Please note that for purchases made through an Xtracycle reseller, proof of purchase must be provided to prove original ownership of products. Returns do not apply to Xtracycle products resold as used.
Items may subject to a restocking fee if returned after 30 days. Please inquire about your later than 30 day return before completing this form or shipping your goods. Restocking fees range from 10% - 25% depending on time in use/degree of use of product/quality of original packaging. Restocking fees will be assessed when we receive return in house.
Additionally, each of our products is covered under a limited warranty. In most cases, our products are warrantied against defects in manufacture leading to failure under normal use within 1 year of purchase for the original owner only. Please refer to individual product documentation for warranty terms for specific products. Please follow the steps below for any return, be it warranty or otherwise.
To return any Xtracycle product - follow these steps:
- Obtain an RM# by emailing info{a}xtracycle{dot}com
- Complete the Xtracycle Merchandise Return form below
- Ship your goods to Xtracycle using a service that provides delivery confirmation (we recommend FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Priority Mail). Xtracycle cannot be responsible for returns that are shipped to us without delivery confirmation.
