I watched an infommical about the LandRider bike http://www.landrider.com I wonder if the 2 can be combined.

It looks compatible. Their step-through frame would be good only for light loads, just like the Townie ladies' frame.

Landrider?

In my opinion, the FreeRadical is a quality part and deserves a quality bike. I think you would be better off spending the same amount of money on a good bike with quality components rather than a "gimmick."

That having been said, I also think that anything that gets another Xtra on the road is a good thing. Here, the ends justify the means.
Two wheels good.
Four wheels bad.
