Submit comments, general inquiries, stories, rants, raves, to our general feedback people. We welcome your feedback, we read it, and when it's really good (or bad) we’ll print it out and put it on a bulletin board or in the bathroom. General feedback people will forward all comments and suggestions to the appropriate Xtracycle team member and we will triage responses to those in greatest need. If you don't hear from us on your desired timeline - hit us up with a phone call to push things along, and thanks for understanding (and your feedback).

Our hours of operation are M - Th, 9am - 5pm PST. We are closed on weekends and many US holidays.
We really appreciate your phone calls and your feedback. It is important to us to talk to you directly! Please know have one phone line, and one person that answers those phones. If you get routed to leave a voicemail - do not fear, we generally get back to messages within a few hours, and rarely more than a day later. Keeping our phone staff lean and mean (figuratively speaking only) helps us keep our costs down and our prices affordable. It is true, we are generally able to reply to e-mails more quickly than phone calls, please don't hesitate to leave a message and a voicemail if you like, or pick your favorite method of communication and trust you will hear back from us shortly. If you are in immediate need of assistance with general technical questions about your Xtracycle, you may reach out to any of our dealers and ask to speak to the Xtracycle expert on staff.
