Xtracycle is run by a small team of people (about 4 presently), but it is powered by a huge community of riders and enthusiasts like you. We receive hundreds of emails, phone messages and facebook questions each day, and in order to meet the needs of everyone, we do our best to triage your questions and leverage our massive community of riders (nearing 10,000 worldwide) to help you get your answer fast, and get you the best answer possible. In some cases this means you may have to wait for a response, but we aim to disclose the predicted response time up front, and provide you alternative options with quicker response times.
