The FreeRadical is a bicycle extension that converts an existing road or mountain bike into a cargo swallowing utility bike. X1 Cargo bike bags capture the Xtracycle spirit (and anything else you might want to bring along) with minimal bulk and maximum flexibility. The FreeRadical X1 is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase for the original owner. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable.

If you purchased your goods from Xtracycle, please email us at email@example.com with your original order number, and description of the issue. Photos are generally required in lieu of shipping items. In some cases, we will need items shipped to us for inspection. Xtracycle is not responsible for costs associated with product removal, installation or return shipping costs. If your warranty claim is valid, we will generally cover the cost of shipping a replacement item back to you (does not include international destinations).
This warranty does not cover damage from use of this product outside of its intended range or that resulting from modification or neglect. It also does not cover wear and tear resulting from the normal use of the product.
These instructions are up-to-date for all FreeRadicals produced between now and 2009.
There are some small differences for FreeRadicals made in 2008 and before, and these old instructions may be helpful.
