Tony Pereira’s Xtracycle Compatible Longtail
Portland framebuilder Tony Pereira built this Xtracycle compatible longtail frame for a customer. Thanks to Todd Fahrner for the photos and bloggage. I’m a big fan of the stays running from head tube to rear drop outs–seems like the cleanest possible lines for a long bike. The arching supports in the rear are a handsome contrast to the straight tubes elsewhere. Spec’d with Big Apples, Brooks saddle, Nitto moustache bars - a stylish citified add to the emerging long tail offerings.

I would very much like to know if this frame can be had with horizontal dropouts so I can put a Rohloff hub on it. Also, I notice that the picture was uploaded from cleverchimp - does that imply that it is StokeMonkey compatible?

the frame is a 100% custom, one-of-a-kind. contact builder tony pereira if you want to talk. he has stated that it took him a solid month, he has a long waiting list, and that any follow-ups would be pricey. allan’s bike is not designed to be stokemonkey compatible.
